A circle or ring expands quickly from a point and fades, adding an accent behind an arriving element.

This is for a motion graphics video. In [scene], accent an arriving element with a "Circle Burst" (also called a circle pop or ring burst): a ring expands quickly from the element's center and fades away behind it.
Let the ring thin out as it grows and be gone by the time the element has settled — unlike a line burst, the accent is one closed ring, not separate strokes shooting outward.
Fit it into [duration], fast at the start and easing out, and fire it at the moment the element appears.

Light or imagery is stretched into long, flowing streaks as the picture is exposed through a moving slit, giving a psychedelic tunnel of color.
