Replace [scene] with the shot and [duration] with how long it should take, then paste the prompt into your AI agent. Each prompt includes the name of the technique, so next time you can simply ask for it by name.

Let both actions keep moving forward while they are off screen, so each return picks up later than where it left — unlike a cutaway, which leaves the main action only once and comes back.
